Information you provide
Quote and consultation requests include your contact details, business information, project requirements, budget and timeline. Client workspaces can contain project messages, revision requests and files.
How it is used
Information is used to respond to your request, plan a project, manage agreed work and keep accurate business records. Your inquiry is not an agreement to receive marketing emails. Nonessential marketing requires separate permission.
Storage and access
The website runs on Cloudflare. Business records are stored in a private database; client information is available only to the studio owner and the relevant client through authorized routes. Authentication cookies help maintain signed-in sessions. The animation preference is saved in your browser.
Connected services
When configured, an email service sends requested project communications and a hosted payment provider handles card payments. Corner Studio does not store raw card information. If an AI service is enabled, the assistant discloses this before sending questions to that provider. Avoid placing sensitive personal, medical or financial information in chat or project descriptions.
Analytics and protection
Basic analytics count visits by page and day without saving visitor identities or contact details. Short-lived hashed request identifiers are used for abuse protection. Additional Cloudflare analytics or bot checks may be used when configured.
Retention and requests
Project records are retained while needed to handle inquiries, deliver work and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Contact the studio to request access, correction, deletion or information about retention. Some records may need to be retained for legitimate contractual or legal purposes.
Your choices
You can decline to submit information, turn off website animations, and contact the studio to change communication preferences. Required project communications relate only to your request or agreed work.
